The Ladies Section at Lees Hall Golf Club is a thriving and welcoming community of women and girls who share a passion for golf. Whether you’re completely new to the game, returning after a break, or already an experienced player, you’ll find a supportive and friendly group ready to help you enjoy everything the sport has to offer.
For beginners, we run our popular Golf Academy at various times throughout the year. These sessions are designed to guide you through all aspects of the game in a relaxed and enjoyable way. It’s a great introduction to golf – fun, social, and often addictive! Adult and junior beginners are equally welcome.
Our ladies enjoy a mix of fun and competitive golf throughout the year, with main competitions taking place on Wednesdays and Sundays, and plenty of opportunities for social golf during the week. We also host mixed events and competitions, ensuring there’s something for everyone, no matter your ability or preference.
Lees Hall ladies are proud to compete in several Yorkshire leagues, offering the chance to play other courses, meet fellow golfers, and enjoy team spirit. Our members also take part in regional and national knockout competitions, where their battling spirit has seen them reach finals and achieve fantastic results over the years.
Golf at Lees Hall is about more than just the course – it’s about the friendships and social life that come with it. The Ladies Section is known for being sociable, fun-loving, and inclusive, making it easy to feel part of the Club.
